Our Team

Joshua Isaac is a Talent Acquisition and Recruitment professional with nearly two decades of experience across agency, RPO, and in-house roles in Japan. He has held senior recruitment positions at leading technology companies including Asana, Criteo, and LINE, partnering closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and business leadership teams to build high-performing organizations in fast-paced environments. Earlier in his career, he worked with Hays Talent Solutions, supporting onsite recruitment engagements at Microsoft Japan and Guidewire Software, where he played a key role in hiring critical leadership and specialist talent.

Prior to joining ScaleInsight, Joshua served as Head of Business Solutions and Principal Consultant at Alpha Consulting Group (now Hudson Talent Solutions), where he led business development for RPO and talent consulting services and advised clients on recruitment strategy, process design, and execution. His experience spans hiring across Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, Pre-Sales, Consulting, and Engineering roles, with deep exposure to SaaS, CRM, Cloud Computing, ERP, BI, Analytics, and AI-driven businesses.

At ScaleInsight, Joshua focuses on supporting fast-growing global technology companies as they enter and scale in the Japan market. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Japanese Studies from California State University, Fullerton, and completed a study-abroad program at Waseda University.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys, exploring food and culinary traditions across different cultures, enjoying karaoke, and traveling abroad.
