Our Team

Shoko is responsible for a wide range of operational and consulting support functions, including accounting, general administration, market research, email marketing, prospecting, and lead generation. Before joining ScaleInsight, she spent nine years in a consulting support role at one of Japan’s leading executive search firms.

Originally from Kumamoto, she holds a bachelor’s degree in Speech Communications from the University of Nebraska at Kearney. Outside of work, she enjoys collecting “goshuin” (temple stamps), cooking, and traveling, and she values spending quality time with family and friends.
