After graduating from university, Yoshinobu worked in Individual Business Sales, IT Engineering, and IT Corporate Sales before entering the recruiting industry in 2010. He then worked as an in-house Recruiter and Recruiting Manager for several leading technology companies such as Google, Salesforce, Amazon, SAP, Qualtrics, and others. With over 12 years of experience, he has supported organizational growth through the hiring of top talent, contributing to the recruitment of over 400 positions, including senior-level roles like Director and Senior Director. Leveraging his past experience as an IT Engineer, he excels at hiring not only for Sales and Customer Success roles, but also for technical positions such as Pre-Sales, Consultants, and Engineers. His expertise spans areas like Cloud Computing, SaaS, CRM, ERP, BI, and Analytics. 

At ScaleInsight, Yoshinobu focuses on supporting fast-growing Silicon Valley tech companies in entering and scaling within the Japanese market through tailored talent acquisition strategies. He graduated from Asia University in 1998 with a Bachelor’s in Economics, and in 1995 joined a five-month exchange program at Western Washington University to strengthen his English skills. After graduation, he intentionally chose roles requiring English communication and developed fluency through daily business interactions with clients and colleagues. 

Passionate about physical activity, Yoshinobu has been engaged in sports like swimming, skiing, baseball, American football, and boxing since childhood. In his free time, he enjoys going for drives and traveling with his family.
