The types of personal data held and their purposes of use are as follows:

a) Personal Information of Job Seekers in Our Paid Employment Placement Services
Used for purposes such as complying with procedures stipulated by related laws and regulations, introducing job opportunities, providing information to hiring companies, managing placement agreements, maintaining candidate records, communicating with candidates, and providing relevant service updates through newsletters or other means.
b) Personal Information of Applicants for Employment at the Company
Used for purposes related to recruitment activities, including communication and candidate evaluation.
c) Personal Information of Company Officers and Employees
Used for purposes including social insurance procedures, employee benefits, performance evaluation, HR and labor management, and public relations activities for the Company.
d) Personal Information of Officers and Employees of Business Partners
Used for the purpose of conducting business negotiations and fulfilling contracts, processing payments and receipts, managing partner information, and other business activities necessary for the Company’s operations.
e) Personal Information of Individuals Making Inquiries
Used for responding to inquiries or requests.

3. Acquisition of Personal Information

The Company will, to the extent possible, clearly indicate the purpose of use, the scope of joint users, the contact point for inquiries, and other necessary information in advance, and will obtain consent from the individual before collecting personal information.
Please note that communications related to transactions or inquiries may be recorded or logged for confirmation or record-keeping purposes.

4. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

Except where permitted by law, the Company will not provide personal information to third parties without the consent of the individual concerned.
Furthermore, the Company does not provide personal information to third parties through the “opt-out” mechanism under Article 23, Paragraph 2 of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information.

5. Outsourcing of Personal Information Handling

The Company may outsource all or part of personal information handling to third parties within the scope necessary to achieve the stated purposes of use.
In such cases, the Company will carefully evaluate the suitability of the contractor, include confidentiality clauses and related provisions in the contract, and appropriately supervise the contractor to ensure proper handling of personal information.

Additionally, the Company exercises necessary and appropriate supervision over employees and contractors (including subcontractors) who handle personal data.
