CONTINGENCY SEARCH
Contingency Search is available to clients who want to leave their options open with multiple recruiting firms. Contingency Search is recommended for more established clients with larger organizations or companies who are hoping to expand their initial team and are willing to search for talent without the exclusivity and other benefits of the Executive Search (Retained Search) option.

Contingency Search can also be useful if an ongoing recruiting effort (locally or from outside of Japan) is not achieving a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. We carefully engage and understand your specific needs as well as how to position your business / company vision by connecting with your line managers as well as executive team members so that we can access our Japan Talent Network to identify, evaluate, and present suitable candidates from the mid-career to executive levels. We then manage the entire process, however - candidate sourcing and introductions are not exclusive and detailed reports are not provided. Contingency Searches are performed by one of our team members.
